Skirts and dresses are most important things in wardrobe of any woman. I think that women should stay elegant no matter how cold outside. And the best way to stay elegant are classic coat and midi skirt (or midi dress). Some people think that it's too cold to wear skirts and dresses, but I have an interesting solution for you: you can wear skirt ON warm dress (if your dress shorter than skirt) like I do in this outfit :D did you notes? I guess you not :P Also you should wear boots over knee, it's looks really cool, elegant and make your legs longer and keep you they in warm. Do not forget to cover your head. Woolen beret is a good choice. It's always looks elegant and artistic.
